Join Alvaro Castano, co-chair of the AltaFiber (formerly Cincinnati Bell) Hispanic Heritage employee resource group, as he meets with Alfio Gulisano of Alfio’s Buon Cibo. Alfio’s has become a staple in the Cincinnati neighborhood of Hyde Park, because Chef Alfio masterfully blends his two native cuisines of Argentina and Italy. Watch as he prepares, grills, and plates a delicious skirt steak topped with chimichurri. The production crew got to sample this one and we all went back for dinner that very weekend. It’s that good.
