Since 2017, Brave Dog has been providing video production services to a wide range of businesses and organizations throughout the greater Cincinnati area. The award-winning Brave Dog team develops dynamic and informative content with a creative visual approach. This year, the team is proud to celebrate our 200th video project.
The Brave Dog Story
Brave Dog founders, Geoff Torbeck and Ziggy Zibrowski met while attending Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in 2007, and were friends for a long time before they were business partners. After college, Geoff moved back to Cincinnati to form his own photography company and Ziggy moved to Washington, DC to work in the film industry.
When a project opportunity arose through one of Geoff’s photography clients, Ziggy moved to Cincinnati to work with his college friend. While working on this project in the summer of 2016, the two began to recognize the demand for video in the area. By February of 2017, Brave Dog had officially become a business. Ted Torbeck soon joined the team as Customer Relations Manager, bringing his years of experience in the corporate world and helping to establish Brave Dog as a trusted source for corporate video and other video production services.

Project #200 – Green Umbrella & Bell Charitable Foundation
Green Umbrella is a non-profit eco-conscious umbrella organization that manages a group of other charity and non-profit agencies focused on sustainability. Cincinnati 2030 District is among those groups, and is focused on reducing and controlling the ecological impact of commercial buildings in Greater Cincinnati. This dedication earned them one of four inaugural Bell Charitable Foundation Grants from AltaFiber. AltaFiber awarded grants of $150,000 in honor of their 150 years of service to the community.
